In 2013 Danny and his business partner Patrick Hitz founded XELLENZ Group. Being co-owner and CEO, he is in charge of the fiduciary services sector of XELLENZ.
Danny finished the cantonal school in Wattwil with an university-entrance diploma specialised in economics. He successfully completed his studies at the university of Zurich and holds a master’s degree in economics with emphasis on „Management and Economics“.
During his studies Danny worked part time as assistant of the management of Spiess & Partner in Zurich.
Following his studies, he worked for Deloitte AG in Zurich as an auditor in the industrial sector.
The next 7 years Danny worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Zurich as an auditor in the financial sector and carried out various mandates for national and international companies as a manager.
In autumn 2010 he graduated as a certified public accountant.
He is an audit expert approved by the federal audit authority and a member of the chamber of fiduciaries “EXPERT Suisse”
Danny appreciates the challenges and exciting moments as an entrepreneur as well as the flexibility and self-determination at XELLENZ.
He particularly appreciates the daily contact with customers and his employees, as well as the opportunity to pass on his experience and knowledge and to learn and experience new things every day.
One of Danny’s great passions is adventure and cultural travel, through which he has been able to get to know many countries. In the cold season he likes to spend his spare time on the ski slopes and supporting the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, whose matches he has been attending for about 25 years. During his studies he carried out a consulting project for the Lakers’ board of directors.
Patrick founded the XELLENZ Group with his business partner Danny Hübner in 2013. As co-owner and CEO he runs XELLENZ Treuhand AG with Danny and is responsible for XELLENZ Revisionen GmbH.
He teaches as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Grisons and the University of Applied Sciences Banking & Finance. He uses his expertise as an auditing expert and sits on the boards of directors and foundation boards.
Patrick completed his apprenticeship at Lenzerheide Tourism.
He then studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Grisons and successfully completed his specialisation in Finance & Accounting and Entrepreneurship. He is an audit expert approved by the audit authority.
Patrick worked as a project manager for a large transport company. Afterwards, a job offer from Coutts Bank in Singapore allowed him to take up a series of assignments abroad in London and Singapore. Patrick worked for almost 7 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Zurich, where he focused on auditing and advising national and international clients.

Patrick is an avid sportsman and enjoys spending his free time on the tennis court and playing ice hockey.
Liza has been a long-standing and reliable employee of the XELLENZ Group since January 2016. With her professional competence and knowledge she supports XELLENZ Treuhand AG as well as XELLENZ Revisionen GmbH as a team leader in the area of fiduciary services and consulting.
Liza completed her apprenticeship as a retail specialist at Swiss Post. She successfully completed the commercial vocational baccalaureate at the KV Business School in Zurich. In autumn 2019, she successfully completed the further training course to become a fiduciary clerk. In 2023 she obtained her diploma as a fiduciary with a federal certificate.
After her apprenticeship, Liza worked for another year at the Swiss Post and then worked for a short time at Sunrise as a retail specialist.
Since her time in the retail trade she has remained loyal to the XELLENZ Group.
She appreciates getting to know the versatility of accounting and the trust that is placed in her.
Liza is a family person and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She finds her balance in her joy of cooking and baking.
Nadine joined the XELLENZ Group in September 2019.
She supports XELLENZ Treuhand AG as well as XELLENZ Revisionen GmbH as a team leader in the area of fiduciary services and consulting.
Nadine completed her Matura at the Graubünden Cantonal School in 2015 and then successfully completed her bilingual studies in business administration at the University of Fribourg. In 2023 she obtained her diploma as a fiduciary with a federal certificate.
During her studies Nadine occasionally did various summer and side jobs.
The trust placed in us, the independent way of working and the good cooperation in the team.
Nadine likes doing sports and spends her free time outside in the nature on the golf course or dancing.
Sibylle joined the XELLENZ Group in January 2020. She supports XELLENZ Treuhand AG and XELLENZ Revisionen GmbH as a team leader in the area of fiduciary services and consulting.
After studying economics at the University of Zurich, majoring in finance, Sibylle successfully completed her doctorate at the Accounting Chair of the University of Zurich. In 2021, she successfully completed further training to become a certified fiduciary expert.
After her doctorate, Sibylle worked for several years as an accounting specialist for complex business transactions at an insurance company. There she also worked in the area of internal control systems. Most recently, she worked as an auditor for a cantonal financial control.
She appreciates the interesting and varied work, the great teamwork and the direct customer contact.
She loves to spend her free time with her family in nature, be it hiking, cycling or skiing.
David joined the XELLENZ Group in September 2020. He supports XELLENZ Treuhand AG as well as XELLENZ Revisionen GmbH as vice team leader in fiduciary and advisory services.
David completed his apprenticeship at a notary’s office in Zurich. He successfully completed this apprenticeship in 2018 with federal vocational baccalaureate (Berufsmaturität). He then successfully passed the Cambridge Advanced Certificate during a three-month language stay. In 2023 he obtained his diploma as a fiduciary with a federal certificate.
Since 2018, David has continued to deepen his professional experience at the notary’s office. He was able to gain extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings as well as in corporate law.
The broad and varied range of services, along with direct customer contact, as well as being part of a young team in a modern company. He also enjoys being recognized and appreciated within the team and by the management.
David enjoys sports and spending his free time in nature. He enjoys (kite-)surfing, hiking or mountain biking in the mountains. Traveling to near and far countries is his passion.
Petr has been part of the XELLENZ Group since May 2019.
He supports XELLENZ Treuhand AG and XELLENZ Revisionen GmbH in various areas. In addition to the fiduciary and auditing work he is responsible for the infrastructure and IT.
Petr graduated from the Industrial School in Prague with a commercial education in the field of operation and economy.
In his home town of Prague, Petr worked as a handling agent. After moving to Switzerland he worked as a personal assistant in Zurich.
The openness in the team and the opportunity for further training and new professional experience.
Petr likes to swim in his free time and enjoys nature on his bicycle.
Elmedina has been with the XELLENZ Group since August 2019.
As a clerk in the area of fiduciary and consulting, she is a great support for XELLENZ Treuhand AG as well as XELLENZ Revisionen GmbH.
Elmedina started her apprenticeship with the XELLENZ Group in 2019 and successfully completed it. In August 2023, Elmedina will start a part-time course as a fiduciary with a federal certificate in Zurich.
The varied and versatile work and the direct customer contact, as well as being part of a young team in a modern company. She also appreciates the high esteem in which she is held by the team and the management.
Elmedina is a family person and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
Alex joined XELLENZ Treuhand AG in May 2023 as a fiduciary clerk. He is a great support for XELLENZ Treuhand AG as a clerk in the area of fiduciary services.
Alex completed his commercial apprenticeship at Klimavent AG in Baden from 2017 – 2020. From 2020 – 2022, he gained further professional experience in his apprenticeship company and took on more responsibility. In 2023, he switched to the fiduciary sector through XELLENZ.
In a traditional SME, Alex was able to gain a lot of experience in accounting, administration and scheduling.

Valeria started her apprenticeship as an EFZ businesswoman with us in summer 2021. She supports XELLENZ Treuhand AG as a team member in the area of fiduciary services.
Valeria attended secondary school in Richterswil for three years. She particularly enjoyed mathematics, German and sports. Through her interest in working with numbers and customers, Valeria quickly realised that she wanted to complete her apprenticeship as a businesswoman in a fiduciary office.
During her time at school, Valeria attended individual taster apprenticeships in the commercial sector, which helped her choose a career.
She really likes the working atmosphere in the company and the good cooperation as well as the appreciation. She finds the extensive services and direct customer contact particularly exciting. In addition, the daily routine in the young team of the modern company is very interesting and varied.
Valeria is passionate about playing football and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family. One of her favourite hobbies is shopping in her favourite shops.
